TMSWS is a newly developed water-based mould release spray for cold and warm curing sands. With proper application, multiple ejections can usually be achieved with a single application of release agent. TMSWS ist FCKW-frei

  • COLD-BOX-PLUS

and similar processes.

Application:

The separating spray TMSWS should be sprayed thinly and evenly by hand. Care must be taken to ensure that all areas of the mould are moistened by the release agent.

Cleaning:

The castings and machines can be cleaned with commercially available alkaline cleaners.

Storage:

The spray cans should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight. Storage stability: min. 6 months

Carton with 12 spray cans each with 500ml content
