water miscible release agent for cold and warm hardening sands
Description:
TMSW is a newly developed water-based mould release agent for cold and warm curing sands. With proper application, multiple ejections can usually be achieved with a single application of release agent.
Range of application:
TMSW is especially suitable for
- CRONING,
- HOT-BOX,
- COLD-BOX-PLUS
and similar processes.

Application:
TMSW can be diluted with water, but can also be used undiluted. When diluting, a dosing pump should be used if possible. The dilution ratio depends on the degree of difficulty and the desired number of multiple formations.
Dilutions up to approx. 1:100 are recommended. The release agent should be applied evenly. Ensure that all areas of the tools are moistened by the release agent.
Cleaning:
The castings and machines can be cleaned with commercially available alkaline cleaners.
Storage:
The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight.
Storage stability: min. 6 months
