Release agent for the production of moulds and cores
Description:
TMS1 is a newly developed mould release agent specially developed for the foundry industry. It is very adhesive, has good sliding properties and has a very high release reserve, so that multiple repeated ejections are possible.
TMS1 contains silicone.
Range of application:
TMS1 is particularly suitable for cold curing processes such as
- COLD-BOX,
- CO2,
- ECOLOTEC,
- BETA-SET,
- RED-SET
and similar processes.

Application:
TMS1 is used undiluted. The release agent should be applied thinly and evenly by hand or a spray system. It must be ensured that all areas of the core boxes and models are moistened by the release agent.
Storage:
The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight. Storage stability: min. 6 months
