The new developed blind vents type “EASY” have been developed in close cooperation with experienced model and mould makers and enable the setting of vent openings already during the production of the core box and before resin application. There is no need for subsequent drilling in the finished core box. The newly developed blind vents type “EASY” enable a time saving of up to 80%, in addition costs for previously required tools can be saved and it is possible to set the nozzles at the optimum location.
