Release spray for mould and core production
Description:
TMS1S is a newly developed mould release spray specially developed for the foundry industry. It is very adhesive, has good sliding properties and has a very high release reserve, so that multiple repeated ejections are possible.
TMS1S contains silicone. TMS1S is CFC-free.
Range of application:
TMS1S is particularly suitable for cold curing processes such as
- COLD-BOX,
- CO2,
- ECOLOTEC,
- BETA-SET,
- RED-SET
and similar processes.

Application:
The separating spray
TMS1S should be sprayed thinly and evenly by hand. Make sure that all areas of the core boxes and models are moistened by the release agent.
Storage:
The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight. Storage stability: min. 6 months

Carton with 12 spray cans each with 500ml content
