Release agent for the production of moulds and cores, waxy, viscous, aluminium pigmented
Description:
TMS14 is a newly developed wax-containing mould release agent which has been specially developed for moulding and core making. It is exceptionally adhesive, has good gliding properties and forms a tough, smooth, transparent release film containing aluminium. TMS14 has a very high separation reserve and is also suitable for older core boxes.
Range of application:
TMS14 is especially designed for:
- furan resin coated sands
- phenolic resin coated sands
- and similar processes.
TMS14 is silicone-free!

Application:
TMS14 is used undiluted. The release agent should be applied thinly and evenly by hand or a spray system. Make sure that all areas of the core boxes and models are thin moistened by the release agent.
Storage:
The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Avoid direct sunlight. Storage stability: min. 6 months
